In this abridged production of Macbeth, director Kenny Castro interrogates abusive power in the modern age. With a budget of about $100, we used found and free materials to create the biggest possible impact. I painted two portraits, one for Macbeth and one for McDuff. These portraits were layered and ripped off during the show to signify a transfer of power.
